When working with organizations, we spend time together to discover their unique requirements for training. We have foundational programs that have garnered great success and each time they have been delivered have been customized to fit organizational needs. Reclaim recognizes there is a wealth of knowledge and experience in each successful corporation. Our goal is to bring out current knowledge and couple it with new skills so that it becomes relevant to each participant. Participation is highly encouraged in all workshops; as we engage participants to learn new concepts in a self-study, one on one and group environment.
A unique feature that we offer is the follow-up. Once a month a customized webinar is sent to all participants, reviewing a foundational concept covered within the workshop. This method serves as a "booster shot" keeping the concepts front of mind.

The Communication workshop covers topics such as shifting relationships based on communication, building relationships for success and then delves into learning to ask critical questions and the art of listening.

A culture of learning is alert to concepts that will foster advancement. As people grow, they begin to teach themselves. That inspires creativity, which also creates loyalty, and that loyalty translates into decreased attrition, enhanced production, and ultimately…more positive cash flow.

Wilderness Survival covers three basic components of survival that are often overlooked by wilderness enthusiasts: Psychology, Enemies of Survival and the Survival Pack. The workshop provides the basic elements for wilderness survival based on the Survival Sequence taught by the SARTech's.
