Personal experience has taught me that the journey OUT is a much more complicated process than remaining stuck in the muck and mire. There will be times when you want to quit and just give up. Please be patient with the process, take each step that is laid out for you even if it does not make total sense. I guess in essence I am asking you to have a little faith in the process laid out before you. I know it takes strength that it takes to have faith in someone or something. That is why I have so candidly shared my story with you. I shared my story so that you would know that I have already been through the process. I have already experienced the “want to quit” and experienced the “why in the hell am I doing this?” I also, however, had an unquenchable desire to “be normal,” to “be healthy,” and to “raise my kids as a healthy mom”. I know you can do this, just proceed step by step by step.
